Effective management of rental income depends on access to comprehensive demand histories and strictly automated approval processes. The Rent Receivable module controls rental income via the generation of tenant demands. Demands are generated in batches for selected criteria, for example by portfolio, valuer, lease, demand date, tenant, payment method or region.

Alternately, retrospective demands in respect of late rent reviews can be generated on an ad hoc basis. Part and whole period payments are created, reflecting changes to lease terms. Credits can be similarly automated, whether for commercial reasons or as adjustments to previous demands. In all cases, the estate manager retains full control of the authorisation process, reviewing and approving demands on an individual transaction basis. For additional security, changes to demand status are audited.
